About us Goldie & Associates is a member of the Goldie Group, a family of companies that provides engineering, environmental, laboratory, construction, multi-media waste management, and utility services to clients, large and small, throughout the Southeastern US. What makes us different is the commitment to our clients, with our focus on meeting clients’ needs. This commitment and focus is demonstrated in a variety of ways, but the most compelling include: Experience We can help because we know how. We have extensive experience with planning, designing, and permitting water, air, solids, and conveyances; conduct and management of construction; operation and maintenance of facilities; laboratory and toxicology services; utility operations and management; process engineering; and compliance consulting. Services We offer a very wide range of services to our clients. Many of these services will not necessarily be utilized on all projects; however, having these professionals on staff for consultation by our project professionals is invaluable when making critical decisions. We offer this wide range of services to guarantee you can make intelligent and relevant decisions based on the best information possible. In an increasingly complex world, many times the best decisions require council from many different facets — we have the resources. Quality Quality can mean different things to different people. To us it means doing what you say you are going to do; when you said you were going to do it; within budget; and performing it appropriately. Many reputable firms can design, build, or operate systems. These firms can write a glowing statement of qualifications. We simply offer a list of satisfied, and repeat, clients for whom we have, and continue, to provide creative, technically sound, cost-effective solutions. Relationships Commitment means valuing relationships with people, not just providing contracted service. It begins by listening. We take the time to understand the client’s needs and confirm the scope of work before proceeding with a project. This allows the entire team to begin the project with the end in mind. Many of our larger projects have weekly conference calls or meetings with our clients to review project status, and discuss schedules for anticipated work. These weekly meetings maintain critical communication to keep the project on track and quickly identify changes in scope. Commitment to a relationship also means going the extra mile when things get tough. When unexpected problems arise, we don’t stop work and wait for you to figure out what the next move is. We routinely get involved with creating and conducting innovative ideas to circumvent problems.
